Quietly situated in Antigua’s rainforest in a delightful village setting close to an historic church, the house comprises two levels with a small apartment on the lower floor which can be let or used as teenage accommodation.
Views are over the hills and valleys of the west side of the island.
This house has a lot of potential for extension. The garden extends to about one third of an acre and has a paved BBQ area with a lot stonework and stone walling. Large paved car parking area.
In one direction, Jolly Harbour is about fifteen minutes drive and English Harbour is about fifteen minutes in the other direction. St. John’s, Antigua’s capital city is about 30 minutes drive as is the international airport.

When you plan to visit Antigua to view properties, we can arrange accommodation and transport. If visiting for more than a few days, car hire is probably more economical than taxis although nothing is cheaper than the local bus service.
