Verandah is a holiday location in Antigua which is heavily booked throughout the year as an all-inclusive luxury resort. The villa owner also has two free weeks per annum which are not restricted to a set date and, if booked early, can be taken at all peak times e.g. Christmas, Easter and school holiday periods. A further 4 weeks can be taken at half price guaranteed for life. If not required, any or all these free and half price weeks can be sold by the owner to generate further income.
The current purchase price is US$90,000.
The purchase price in 2007 was US$160,000 and the current return on the property is a guaranteed 4% of that figure which amounts to $6400. This is for a 12 year period from July 2007.
