St. James’s Club, Antigua is one of the more exclusive resorts and the Royal Suites are privately owned holiday apartment suites within the resort and benefitting from all the resort facilities.  The suites are both an investment and a holiday destination.  Managed by the St. James’s Club, the apartment is cost free to the owner and can return a profit as well as providing two weeks completely free annual holiday plus a further four weeks at half price.

The St. James’s Club is within a secure and gated compound with five swimming pools, four restaurants, a gym, tennis courts and has extensive sandy beach front to the protected waters of Mamora Bay.  All forms of water sport are available from the beach front.

English Harbour with its World Heritage site of Nelson’s Dockyard is ten minutes drive and all the islands amenities are no more than about half an hour away.

Suite 213 faces onto the beach at the quiet end of the resort and benefits from it’s own secluded pool and bar. Spacious and well fitted, the suite measures 568 square feet and has well fitted, modern bathroom with double basins, double sized bath and double ended shower.  The suite is fully furnished to a high standard and has internet, security safe, DVD player and T.V., air conditioning and small kitchenette which contains a ‘fridge.

Full width sliding doors with insect screens lead to a small private veranda overlooking the beach and clear Caribbean waters.
