Situated in the popular enclosed community of the St. James’s Club in Mamora Bay, this villa is both a holiday home and an investment. The current owners use the house for about three months a year and let it for the remainder not only covering all their costs but also returning a profit.
St. James’s Club has numerous on-site sports and restaurant facilities plus extensive sandy beaches. The World Heritage site of Nelson’s Dockyard is about 15 minutes away as are local shops. The capital city of St. John’s with its shops and supermarkets and the international airport about half an hour away.
The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom on the lower floor and, on the first floor, a large living room opening onto a kitchen. A partly covered veranda extends across the front of the living room. The ground floor bedrooms have access to a private patio.
If you require e-mail notifications of new properties when they come available or price changes, please let us know and we will add you to our mailing list. The high selling season in Antigua is between December and May but properties do come available in summer and can, sometimes, be more affordable.
When you plan to visit Antigua to view properties, we can arrange accommodation and transport. If visiting for more than a few days, car hire is probably more economical than taxis although nothing is cheaper than the local bus service.
