The house occupies a slightly elevated position with views across the countryside with views of English and Falmouth Harbours in the distance.
The shopping facilities of English and Falmouth Harbours are about ten minutes drive as are the popular Pigeon and Galleon Beaches.
The property is for sale with about ¾ of an acre but could be offered with more or less land by negotiation. There is a 4,000 gallon cistern with mains water and electricity.
The city of St. John’s with its shops and supermarkets is about half an hour drive as is the international airport.
